About
I build things with AI. Not slide decks about AI — actual things.
I lead AI transformation at INT. TechShu Digital and build independent AI products under NeelVerse. Practitioner first — everything else is just context.
My Story
I grew up in Biki Hakola — a village in West Bengal where the closest thing to artificial intelligence was my grandmother's uncanny ability to predict rain. The path from there to here wasn't planned. It was improvised, one stubborn decision at a time.
I spent a decade in digital marketing — the kind where you actually look at dashboards, argue with clients about attribution models, and learn that most "strategies" are just PowerPoints that never ship. Pharma, BFSI, Real Estate — I've led campaigns and built teams across all three.
Then AI happened. Not as a buzzword — as a tool that actually worked. I saw what it could do for the teams and businesses I was already working with, and I couldn't unsee it. Now I run AI transformation at INT. TechShu Digital — the short version is, I help companies stop talking about AI and start actually using it.
The gap between "AI-curious" and "AI-native" isn't technology. It's someone willing to do the messy work of making it real.
But the enterprise gig is only half the story. On nights and weekends, I build my own AI products — real tools that solve real problems. Not because I have a grand plan, but because I can't help it. Building is how I think.
What I'm Building
Side projects that turned into real products. All shipping under the NeelVerse umbrella.
RapidContentAI
Content generation that actually understands what marketers need. Research, draft, optimize — without the blank page paralysis.
TrendWise AI
Trend intelligence that actually helps you make decisions. Tracks emerging patterns across industries so you can move before the market does.
Womify
AI tools designed specifically for women entrepreneurs and creators. Because the default "user" in most AI products shouldn't always be a dude in tech.
And more shipping...
More tools in the works. I build when I see a gap — and after a decade in marketing and AI, I see plenty.

When I'm Not at a Screen
I paint — mostly acrylics, mostly abstract, mostly terrible. But it's the one activity where my brain actually stops optimizing. No KPIs, no sprint goals, just color on canvas.
I grew up on Rabindrasangeet — the songs of Rabindranath Tagore — and it's still the soundtrack to most of my deep work sessions. If you're curious, start with "Ekla Cholo Re." It roughly translates to "Walk alone if no one responds to your call." Felt appropriate.
And I solo travel whenever I can. Not the Instagram kind — more the "get lost in a place where nobody knows your LinkedIn headline" kind. It's the best way I know to remember that the world is bigger than any algorithm.
Where to Find Me
I'm most active on LinkedIn — it's where I post, argue about attribution models, and occasionally say something useful. If you want to talk, that's the place.
